These terms govern access to SyncPilot, the operations coordination platform that helps service businesses manage customers, schedules, staff, and online bookings.
Using SyncPilot
Your workspace
You may use SyncPilot for your business operations in line with these terms and the plan associated with your account.
Account security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity performed by people you invite to your workspace.
Fair use
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or use SyncPilot to process unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised activity.
Features and customer bookings
Operations tools
SyncPilot provides tools for customer management, appointment scheduling, staff coordination, service catalogues, locations, reminders, reports, and live operational visibility.
Online booking portal
Your business is responsible for the services, availability, prices, policies, and customer communications published through your booking portal.
Messages and integrations
When you enable email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment, or calendar services, you authorise the relevant processing needed to deliver those features and remain responsible for your configuration.
Availability
We work to keep SyncPilot reliable, but maintenance, provider outages, network issues, and events outside our control may temporarily affect the service.
Your content and our service
Your content
You keep ownership of customer, staff, service, appointment, and business content you provide. You give SyncPilot the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.
Our platform
SyncPilot, its software, design, documentation, and improvements belong to SyncPilot or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
Feedback
If you share suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the service without compensation or restriction.
Plans, billing, and changes
Plans and trials
Plan limits, pricing, included features, and trial periods are shown at sign-up or in your workspace. A trial may end or convert according to the terms presented when you start it.
Payment
You authorise the selected payment method for applicable subscription charges, taxes, and approved usage. Keep billing details current.
Changes
We may improve, modify, or retire features. If a material change affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
Ending an account
By you
You may stop using SyncPilot or cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls, subject to any current billing period.
By us
We may suspend or end access for serious breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when appropriate.
After termination
Access ends when the account is closed. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
